Methods of Payment Accepted: We accept VISA, MC, cash, and personal checks. Credit cards can be processed either through PayPal or Square Up. Unless pre-arranged, checks will need to clear the bank before merchandise is released.
Shipping Fashion Jewelry: Fashion jewelry is mailed via priority mail. Small items ship for $8.95. Otherwise, I’ll have to get you a quote. This includes insurance up to $50. Please contact me for price quote for higher insurance level.
Shipping Fine & Estate Jewelry: Fine and Estate jewelry are mailed via Registered Mail with return receipt. The item will be insured for face value plus postage. Please contact me for price quote for total shipping cost.
Returns: Please contact me before initiating a return and let me know the reason you wish to return the piece of jewelry. Returns are accepted with receipt and must be initiated within a week of purchase. Merchandise must be in its original condition, so rings that have been sized cannot be returned. If not, then a full refund may not be possible as we will have to repair the piece. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Note: if there is clearly a defect issue which was not mentioned on the website or the merchandise is lost via the post office, we will work with you to make sure we are all happy. Thank you.
